Win2Win Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Win2Win, we believe that furniture entering your home is more than just an object—it becomes part of your life.
We want every product you receive to meet your expectations, and if things don’t go as planned, we’ll work with you to resolve it clearly and responsibly.

Below is our complete policy regarding returns, exchanges, refunds, processing, and delivery.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Order Confirmation
All orders will be confirmed within 0–2 business days after purchase.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier availability.

Please note:

  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  • If you experience any unusual delays, please contact us for assistance.

2. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

We understand that furniture requires time to place, feel, and evaluate, so we provide ample time for you to decide.

3. Eligible Returns

To ensure returned items can be resold safely, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unassembled

  • Free from stains, scratches, odors, or damage

  • Original packaging intact (including internal padding, manuals, hardware, etc.)

  • In resalable condition

In short:
The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items

  • Used or assembled products

  • Items missing original packaging or essential parts

  • Items with obvious signs of use or damage

  • Custom or personalized products

5. How to Request a Return (Authorization Required)

The return process is simple:

  1. Contact us at win2win@win2win-us.com

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Include photos or videos of the item and packaging

  4. We will review your request within 2–4 business days

  5. If approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions

Important: Unauthorized Returns Will Not Be Processed

If you send back a product without prior authorization or an RA number:

  • The package will not be processed

  • No refund or exchange will be issued

  • Packages may be rejected, lost, or untraceable

  • All related shipping costs will be borne by the customer

This ensures each return is properly documented and protects your rights.

6. Return Shipping Costs

We Cover Shipping & Provide a Free Prepaid Return Label If:

  • The wrong item was shipped

  • The product is defective

  • The product was damaged during shipping

You Are Responsible for Shipping If:

  • The return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong color/size, etc.)

  • The exchange is not due to product quality

For your convenience, we may provide a discounted prepaid return label in these cases. The cost will be deducted from your refund.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds:

  • Will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Banks or credit card providers may require an additional 3–7 business days to post the refund

Refund Deductions (If Applicable)

Refund amounts may be adjusted if:

  • Packaging is damaged

  • Parts or accessories are missing

  • The item shows signs of use or assembly

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

All adjustments will be clearly communicated in advance.

8. Exchanges

Sometimes the product isn’t defective—it just isn’t the perfect fit for your space.

You may request an exchange within 30 days, provided the item remains in resalable condition.

  • Exchanges for a different model or color may require payment of any price difference

  • For quality-related issues, we cover all costs and ship a replacement directly

Important Exchange Notice

All exchanges require prior authorization and an RA number.

Unauthorized returns will not be processed, and associated costs will not be refunded.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Missing parts

  • Incorrect model

Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

We will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Free replacement parts

  • Full replacement (if repair is not possible)

  • Full refund (if the item is out of stock)

We prioritize resolving these issues quickly so you can enjoy your furniture.

10. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase

  • Orders that have already shipped must follow the standard return process

11. Missing or Incorrect Items

If you discover:

  • Missing hardware

  • Missing parts

  • Incorrect model shipped

Please contact us within 72 hours, and we will send replacements free of charge.
